Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of the purchase date. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping the item for return. The RMA number must be provided on the return shipping label. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number or beyond the 30-day time frame. If customer returns the item without RMA number, the return will not be processed. After item is returned, customer will be refunded for the cost of the item minus a 25% restocking fee.

 

Free Shipping Orders:

If the item is returned because of customer request for ("no longer needed/wanted" - "ordered by mistake" - "better price available"), you will be charge a 25% restocking fee along with our original shipping cost. At this point, the cost of the original shipping has to be charged because item is being returned and we are not longer responsible for the free shipping. Also, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item, and for ensuring that item is shipped with insurance and tracking. Since we do not sell used products, any item that cannot be resold as new will be ineligible for return or subject to an additional restocking fee. Please check with us regarding these requirements before returning your purchase. Items with defaced packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards or manuals, or missing UPC/barcodes are not eligible for return. Items that are refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be charged a 25% restocking fee along with our original shipping cost as well.

 

Shipping Cost:

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item, and for ensuring that item is shipped with insurance and tracking. Since we do not sell used products, any item that cannot be resold as new will be ineligible for return or subject to an additional restocking fee. Please check with us regarding these requirements before returning your purchase. Items with defaced packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards or manuals, or missing UPC/barcodes are not eligible for return. Items that are refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be charged a 30% restocking fee as well, and customer will be responsible for shipping both ways (original shipping and return fee).

 

Defective Items:

If a defective item is received, the customer is responsible to contact us through email within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Items that arrive defective may be exchanged for an identical item. Please email us a description of the problem and contact the manufacturer's tech support center to ensure that the item is defective. We will send out a replacement item upon issuance of a Return Authorization and receipt of the defective unit. You will not be responsible for shipping when replacing a defective item.

 

Items Damaged in Shipment:

If you receive an item that was damaged in shipment, please contact us at info@mystoretosave.com within the next day so we can get the situation resolved quickly and start a claim with the carrier. You must keep the item and all the original packaging materials if needed for inspection. Also, provide us your phone number in order to start a claim with the carrier.

 

Refunds

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of return.
